Privacy Policy

Last updated October 27, 2026

This policy explains what personal information ARJ Lifestyle collects, why, and who we share it with. Health information you give us is also protected under our Notice of Privacy Practices.

What we collect

  • Account details: name, email address, phone number and password (stored only as a secure hash).
  • Health information: your questionnaire answers, date of birth, and your provider’s decisions and prescriptions.
  • Order details: what you ordered, shipping address and order history.
  • Payment details: our payment processor collects your card details directly. We receive only a transaction reference and the result, never your full card number.
  • Technical details: IP address and browser type, recorded when protected health information is accessed, for security.

How we use it

  • To let a licensed provider review your request and, if appropriate, prescribe treatment.
  • To have your prescription filled and shipped by our partner pharmacy.
  • To take payment, prevent fraud and keep your account secure.
  • To contact you about your account and orders.
  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your health information for advertising.

Who we share it with

  • Licensed providers who review your request.
  • Our partner pharmacy, which fills and ships approved prescriptions.
  • Our payment processor, which receives your order number, amount and billing details — never what you ordered or any health information.
  • Service providers who host and operate the site for us, under contracts that require them to protect your information.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

How we protect it

Health information is encrypted in our database, all traffic to the site is encrypted, and staff access to patient records is logged. Staff can see only what their role requires.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and secure. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep medical and prescription records for as long as the law requires, and other information for as long as your account is open or as needed to resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.

Your California privacy rights

California residents may ask to know what personal information we hold about them, to correct it, or to delete it, subject to the medical-record retention the law requires. We will not treat you differently for making a request. To make a request, contact us using the details below; we will verify your identity before acting on it.
